I encountered serious issues during my stay that severely impacted my experience. The lack of storage options was frustrating. I had to keep my belongings scattered across the room, making it impossible to keep organized. although I specifically requested a room decoration for my partner's birthday, it was completely overlooked, adding to my disappointment.

I woudl have given a glowing review if not for the truly unfathomable delays checking in. after 20 minutes, the 'manager' was witheringly rude. also, the lack of a kettle for tea—this is not a five-star experience! expecting a room upgrade or at least a gesture for my troubles would have been the least i expected.

moxy was the perfect choice for our family trip! it’s just a 20-minute walk to the europa park entrance. the breakfast had great hot and cold options, and the staff even got us into our room early, which was a lifesaver after a long drive with our dog. our kids loved the game room too!
